"Great location to all the places we wanted to visit (Williams, Sedona, Flagstaff) and easy to find. The house was clean, great water pressure, and the extra amenities were a nice touch. A few of the dishes were dirty but put away in drawers and cabinets so we just ran a full load in the dishwasher to make sure everything was clean. There wasn't enough hot water for 4 adults to shower at the same time of day (AM or PM) so we had to schedule showers but not a big deal. Also wish there were a few...

"Communication with the host was great! We got to the property after midnight so finding it was a little tricky. It definitely was a nice place very clean so after a long day’s travel, it was nice to be able to just settle in and rest. There are lots of seating areas and an open floor plan that we all felt very comfortable to just relax. Although the town is a few minutes drive (about 25 mins), the surrounding area was a nice place to explore. Will definitely consider staying here again."
