“It was super bad experience. I originally booked at the wrong date, talked to frontdesk, they told me they can support the cancellation, but eventually they didn't. In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. “The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving.
