El servicio del hotel es espectacular. El personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuve por el Ironman 70.3 y lo recomiendo 1000%. Se abrió una cena con opciones para los triatletas y en la madrugada tipo 4:30 am colocaron un desayuno especial para el evento. En ubicación fue excelente muy cerca de la salida y meta del evento. La vista al mar fue increíble hasta pudimos ver delfines y ballenas desde el balcón de la habitación. Totalmente recomendado.

Excelente experiencia en el Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. Servicio atento, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, comida deliciosa y una ubicación perfecta frente al mar. Ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

This is our second time coming to this resort but this time we brought our family to experience the same excellent customer service, food quality, variety of drinks, friendly staff, and unparallel hospitality. Kudos to all the staff who made our stay a memorable one. Particularly to Jose, Humberto, Roberto, and our housekeeping lady, Cynthia, who kept our room clean, organized and well stocked.

Everything was amazing the only bad thing i got charged the room twice and i will have to wait until January 8th to get my 1,950 dollars back because they say they never got it charged twice wich is a shame to be honest
