Staff members were very nice and helpful, very quiet place, we traveled with kids and they enjoyed themselves at the pool. WiFi did lag a lot so it was a little hard when I kids would try to watch a movie on their iPads. I do recommend this place if looking for quiet time.

Beautiful location, staff was great Rigoberto and Estella were very attentive, espectacular place would strongly recommend.

Muy comodo y lujoso, la piscina muy bonita solo que demasiado profunda para mi estatura de 1.60 pude haber disfrutado mas si hubiera sido menos profunda, el restaurante afuera del hotel muy rico y buenos precios, la atencion de Azul y Fabiola excelente, habitacion muy amplia

This hotel blew away my expectations. The hotel was older but clean and well set out. The rooms were bigger than I expected, as I’d only reserved a standard room. Staff were attentive and exceptionally polite and were always asking if we needed anything. Beach and pool and location of hotel was perfect. I really can’t find any negatives. The slightest of blips was when we arrived at the hotel at 2:15 PM and had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready at 3 PM. I’m not a big deal as we went and grabbed snacks and a drink, and even then the staff apologies and gave us restaurant vouchers. Will be returning for sure in the future

Nothing too fancy but close to everything! Beach right in front. Tacos all over the place and things to do super close too! Mismayola beach 15 mins away in car. Near the malecón walking distance. If you get a balcony the view is pretty nice. This is somewhere comfy, clean and secure! But more of a on a go kind of vibe. Staff is on it with security and pretty kind! Would be back honestly!
