Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. Children's pool was empty. Lots……

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Regis. Beautiful, well maintained facilities at a private beach, as well as located in a secluded area. It was quiet, peaceful, perfect for relaxation and recharge. The food was one of the best ones I have had! Their spa was wonderful as well. Above all, the service we received was top notch! My only complain is, our vacation days were too short lol— We didn’t want to leave! :)”

“Its not called Ocean Breeze, it’s Mayan Palace- after that confusion and them trying to pitch is on buying into the owners program before we even checked into our room…. It was a pretty nice place. Friendly helpful staff, good food and a beautiful lobby. Probably wont go again, but it was nice.”
