"This is my second stay at this condo, this trip I came with 2 best friends. Place is perfect. Location right on the beach. Fresh water and bag of ice already provided when we arrived. We asked if there was a cooler, and Marina had one brought up super fast. Eron, the owner is super fast to respond as was Marina the property manager. Highly recommend, 10/10. "

"During my stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details that added comfort to my stay."

"The pool was sparking clean. The staff were great. The pictures make it look like it's a bigger property, but it's really small and all 3 towers are separate entrances. It's close to downtown but the location was not quite what I was expecting. The room was tiny. Pictures make it look bigger but were still accurate. Overall it was completely fine. No elevators and no way of knowing when booking that we would be on the second floor. The worst part was the rooms - you can hear everything going on outside. One night a dog across the street was barking for an hour and it sounded like it right outside our door. Not really any fault of the hotel but it was sooooo annoying. The beds were also very hard. Not the worst, but still hard."

"If you are looking for a nice comfortable homey atmosphere. This is the place. Quiet and comfortable. My bed was very comfortable, the room had a really nice fridge. Lorena at the front desk was cheerful bubbly and very helpful. The day I checked in, people coming to meet me had an accident at the entrance. She went over and above what was necessary to help us. A true sweetheart. Alejandra made sure the room was perfect everyday. Loved the colors and decor in the room. The view is beautiful, the walkway out into the ocean is a cool touch. The food at the baklava restaurant was exceptional as was the service. I found the food prices to be very fair. They have a homemade jam there that is amazing. If you are looking for party and nightlife at a hotel, this isn't the place for you. However it is a very short ride too downtown Puerto Vallarta. If you are looking for relaxation and a very comfortable family run hotel. This is the place. When I go back to Mexico, this will be where I stay. The only small consideration I would have like to see was a table to lay my clothes out on and also act as a desk to sit at. There is already a chair. Perhaps a microwave? I had not had a holiday in over 10 years and this place was exactly what I needed. Well done!"
