“Everything was absolutely pleasant during our stay at Riu palace pacifico. The rooms were well maintained, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was beautiful. The elite club perks were definitely worth the additional room cost. My one and only complaint would probably be the buffet food.....it wasn't that great. Otherwise the restaurants were awesome.”

“Everything was great but the AC was not cold at all. I understand the weather was very hot and humid but something should be done to be able to cool down the rooms a bit more. It was set to the lowest which was 18 C I think, but the lowest we got it was to 25 C.”

“Muy buena vista desde habitación en piso 10 pero muy mala recepción de Internet No atendieron de inmediato que tenian que cambiar pila de cerradura marcaba rojo y verde y no se podia abrir tuve que bajar 2 veces, muy incómodo desde 10 piso El pasillo de enmedio junto albercas niños esta resbaloso, las lamparas estan muy estorbosas serian mejor de tubo no esos cuadrotes me tocó ver 2 mujeres que se cayeron No hay caminos con techo hacia cuartos o recepción Los baños estan muy lejos el que está……

“Property y and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and refreshing. The hacienda where the buffet was, was clean, and staff was exceptional and buffet was replenish shed endlessly. Overall, this was our 20th stay at samba and we continue to come back because the staff will do anything to make your experience the best it can be!!!!!”

“I love this hotel. It is very well organized, I did feel that the staff were too serious but I get it, the Hotle is part of a group of hotels all in the same area. I enjoyed my stay and ao my kids .”
