“We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta.”

“The view from our room overlooked the pool with a view of the ocean as well. The room was clean, the staff was great, and the food was great. The only negative was all the rooms lost power at 9 PM on March 8th and remained without power until al least after we checked out on March 9th.
