"This was our third time staying at Los Arcos. The location is PRIME, the food is good, & the staff is very accommodating. The pools were not as crowded this time of year as we were in between Spring breaks. Our room was always cleaned, though we did have to ask for towels a few times. The location is right smack dab in the Romantic Zone and the perfect tacos are but a few steps away. We love this place & always find new friends hanging out at the pool! And as crazy as it seems, they are either from my hometown of Bakersfield or my new home of Boise!!! It definitely is a small world!!"

"I took a late spring break trip with my 2, 17 year old sons and their best friend. We had an amazing trip. Lots of room to wander, always an open pool chair. This is our second Riu stay and I look forward to our third. Fresh food, friendly staff and so clean. "

"My husband and I stayed for a week at the Hyatt Ziva. The best and most amazing part of this resort is the beach - it’s a private beach in a protected cove which made the whole area feel really quiet and secluded. We were visiting shortly after some issues in the city which reduced tourism so the hotel was fairly empty (which we loved) and some of the restaurants closed since there weren’t many people. Our biggest complaint overall was the food was just not good at any of the restaurants, and the drinks were extremely watered down. Otherwise, we loved this hotel and the staff were amazing. There was free kayaking and plenty of pools - no beach chair reserving. We left our kiddo at home but there were a lot of fun kid activities planned. Not many adult activities but again, I think that’s probably because the hotel wasn’t busy. We loved it here overall!"
