"The condo itself is great and is as described. Its the location that was bad, it is right on route 100 which is crazy busy with large trucks and motor bikes. Its so loud we were unable to use the balcony. Also the motion detectors to have the AC on is so annoying. The water is so bad I could not even rinse my mouth out with it, like vinegar. "prior to our trip, Emilio was in contact with us extremely quickly if we had questions, etc. When we arrived the entrance instructions worked perfectly. We were extremely impressed with the upgraded materials in all of the property. Everything was immaculate!! Plus we have never been to a property that had so much attention to details, and had everything included that we needed; examples we beach chairs & umbrella, cooler bag, bar-b-que, fully well stocked kitchen items, etc. etc. We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Riviera and Emilio as an excellent property owner with wonderful staff!!!! "
