The rooms are described as having 2 queen beds and a couch. There are only 2 full beds in the room that is all and a desk chair. The rooms are in disarray. Paint peeling and water marks and my daughter's room had so much dust in the window you could pick it up by hand. Plus, they were remodeling, and you had to go outside and around to get into the room. Nobody was monitoring who was coming in and out so anyone could walk in.

Property was under renovations and we had no "heads up" before our reservation. Too noisy with highway traffic and other visitors. Breakfaat was in a meeting room bc of renovations and not up to Hilton standards. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned badly. Bath towels and face cloths stained. We only stay in Hilton hotels when we travel and this was OK but could have been handled better i.e. a temp reservation desk for assitance throughout our stay.

Stains on the comforter. Dirty bath tub, carpet... furniture is marked up. Hot tub is out of order. Sticky flooring. Hand soap is too high on the bathroom wall above sink for short peole to reach (I'm 5'1 and can barely reach). No vending machine on 2nd floor even though sign states there is one...

The surrounding property of the Hotel could be in better shape by taking care of it. And then maybe, even have a short pet trail off to the side of property. No really outdoors area to sit and get fresh air.

Perfect for getting on and off I-75. There is a Meijer (like Wal Mart) and shopping outlets nearby. Plenty of Sunni g options and Frankenmuth is minutes away.

The only complaint I have is that the hand soap and lotion shampoo and conditioner where mounted on the wall and I’m all of 5 foot and I could barely reach them.

We usually stay at Hampton inns. Very rarely have I felt this unsatisfied. This location is over used. Filthy carpets. Smelled old and dirty. We were very unhappy with this location.

Adequate for Over Night
The hotel was adequate - the road traffic was a bit loud and we heard noise from the rooms around us. The bottom of the bathtub was stained. However, the breakfast was one of the best I've had recently and the people were very friendly.

The staff was very friendly..the hotel itself needs some updating but it was good. We were worried after seeing some poor reviews, but most of them were unfounded.

The room we stayed in seemed very worn. The bathroom had obviously seemed a lot of water as the trim and walls were expanded and coming off. Other than that, we really like the convenience of where it is, and the staff is great.

Awesome place.
The staff was friendly and always at the front desk. They would greet and speak to us each time we passed but not in an overwhelming way. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Rooms were clean and breakfast was a good variety. We will be back!

Room was nice. Clean but a little run down. The toilet was almost unattached to the floor, the shower had some broken soap dispensers. Channel selection on the tv was limited. Breakfast was good. Nice set up very attentive to keeping everything filled. Good selection of breakfast items. Jets on the hot tub were barely pushing out water. Almost non existent. Nicely heated though.

NOT KID FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Let me lead off by saying this was not our first stay. My family stayed at this hotel every single New Year’s for the last 8 years. My husband and his family have stayed there for about 20 years prior. This hotel USED to be great. I’ve never had a complaint, until now. We experienced safety issues in multiple areas, the hot tube was a lukewarm bath at best with jets that barely worked, the breakfast consisted of cold and hard pancakes and without any forks on the premises we were left to eat with spoons, broken juice machine, and a piece of our bed broken upon arrival. Not to mention that they treat the pool area like a free-for-all. If you have a thong bikini or want to swim naked I guess it’s allowed and if you have kids you'll be told to advert their eyes and leave the area. Then when you let staff know that it’s uncomfortable, unprofessional, and you’re dissatisfied the General Manager will come out and yell at you in a full lobby. NEVER AGAIN!!

Everything was fine except the condensation on the window, the smell when the heater ran and the fact that when the room was dark I looked at the hallway door and could almost see the hallway. We were also right next to the exit door at the end of the hallway.

Hotel shows its age, faucets nearly falling off walls in shower. Door pry marks on room door, bathrooms dated and unclean (mold, stains). Short staff, had to go to front desk 5 out of 7 nights for towels, had to take out own trash.

Friendly staff. Nice facility. Not storage drawers to place your items. Soaps and body lotion is so high, you need 6+ feet height to reach comfortably. Not kids or even adult friendly. Beds are average. TV is small and not much great.

I wouldn’t stay at this location again
Staff was great. Stained carpet. Chair stained in room. Ceiling had cracks in it. Pool was very cold but the hot tub was nice and warm.
