The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night in Room 1 - such a delightful place. We decided to stay a second night and had to move to Room 9 which was pleasant and laid out differently. We were close enough to walk to Old Town to explore. I highly recommend this quaint inn.

Great stay!

This property is well-maintained and well-loved. It is obvious the owners take pride in providing a clean, comfortable space for guests. There is no a/c, but the costal breezes at night are cool, allowing for a comfortable evening. The room was very clean. While there is no coffee pot, they will provide one upon request. The fridge is good size with a freezer.

Great Stay!

Nice view through the trees of the river. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, super friendly, and gave great recommendations regarding things to see. The centralized location made for quick access to Old Town, and other stores and eateries.

Great room for the money near coast.

Fantastic deal for the money in Florence. Up small hill, kitchen and bedroom, comfortable bed with couch and little noise. Staff has always been very kind in my trips.
