Staying here, you are literally in a Jungle. If you do not like the nature, it's noises and surprises, this resort is not for you. If you are okay with Howler Monkeys waking you up in the middle of the night, a few spiders or Geckos on your ceiling then you will be alright. This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Restaurant food was decent, smoothies were excellent. Only thing I disliked was the cost to taxi to Flores and back every time. 150 GTC each way, some taxi will try charge you 250 GTC. The resort offers a shuttle but that is 30USD for 2 people. Find a genuine driver. Don't bother with the ones at airport. Renting a car is worth it. Late checkout is 6pm ✅

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel with a resort feel and especially nice for the price. Room was comfortable, grounds well kept, staff friendly, and food at the restaurant was good. They have some great places to relax with a book or watch a sunset, and this would be a good place to take a day trip to Tikal. Guests have the option of air conditioning or enjoying the open air. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back or try out some of the other affiliated properties.

This is an amazing place to stay with plenty of wildlife all around! Also check out tikal ruins very special place! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the scenery and location of the hotel. It was a bit isolated and about a 20 min drive from the Flores town. We did not mind at all. The location was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are surrounded by a lake and nature. The staff was very attentive and kind. The pool was next to the lake and restaurant, where it made it easy to order. The prices for excursions might be higher at the hotel. We booked an excursion to the blue crater and found out that we paid twice as much than other people staying at other hotels near the town. Also, Room did not have a television. Other than that, the hotel is a top place to stay if Peten Guatemala. We loved our stay there!

I like the exercise trail. We rented the bikes and rode the trail. Loved the deer, the monkeys. The individual cabanas. The staff were great.

Although the hotel was a bit secluded, there were many enjoyable activities such as bike rentals along with an amazing path for both mountain biking and walking.

Good hotel to stay and go on day excursions around the area. The pool is nice, breakfast is good. We even got a chance to ser a crocodile swim by. My kids were happy with this hotel and so were we.

The most wonderful hotel. Can't wait to come back. It is so beautiful, it fills your heart. We were visited right beside our table by a family of 6 wild monkeys. Also many different birds. Deer, tappir and many other animals walked past us. Wow. The rooms were super nice and the food is great.

Lovely resort tucked away on the edge of a lake with lovely exposed beam architecture and very spacious rooms. Common areas are all beautiful. My stay felt like a retreat.

Hotel muy bonito y su personal muy servicial. las Piscinas estaban un poco sucias, especialmente la de niños, no sé por qué estaban apagadas. La catarata estaba apagada y no daban ganas de meterse.

The property was very clean and relaxing. Pool area could use an update. The restaurant food was yummy!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel tour service to Tikal was outstanding, the trip to Tikal was amazing.

A slice of paradise, this hotel is on a lake with gorgeous views, amenities, and wild life sounds. A perfect place to spend your honeymoon or simply stay for a few days. We loved it!

Great outside venue.
The outside atmosphere was excellent. But the room was sub-par at best. Need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Beds were very firm.

Amazing resort located in the middle of Peten’s jungle with a lake view. Food is good but not mind blowing. Rooms are clean, comfortable and most importantly with AC, although not luxurious in any way. Overal great place to stay

It was wonderful felt like being in the jungle, you could see parrots, hear the monkeys, and watch the deers. aand in the lake you could see cocodriles. it was beatiful!

Nice surroundings but not to standards
The hotel is secluded in an ecoreserve. You see a lot of wildlife there: birds, crocodiles, hawling monkeys. Beautiful view on the lake ftom the terrace. It is perfect if you are staying one or two nights but not more. The restaurant food is pretty poor, not much choice and expensive. If you ask for a taxi, they call a travel agency of their own and the receptinist makes you pay a fortune in cash!!to her. What a rip off. So you should better have your owncar. They welcome a lot of group from bus tours.. so not the best crowd. The first room they proposed was small, old and smelly. After we complained, they transfered us to a "suite" which was much better but still basic for the price with a small uncomfortable bed, no room to hang your towels and a noisy fridge.

Remains of Tikal
The nature around the hotel is beautiful, but it's for those looking for isolation and tranquility, but definitely not for those who want to get in contact with the beautiful cities surrounding the Peten Lake (Flores Island, San Miguel, Santa Elena, etc.). Rooms doesn't have TV and if you want to go to the urban areas or visit the remains of Tikal you should be ready to pay a lot for taxis (no buses and definitely can't go by foot)
