The property was very nice & clean. The staff was helpful and friendly! It was easy to get around but if you’re looking for a place close to the action, this isn’t the place!

Nice and big apartments with good kitchens and balconies. There was not much of a beach though. Pool was nice and large only it was quite shallow to a large extent.

Property was beautiful and well-maintained. We sat by the pool every day and it was lovely. Our rooms and unit very good condition and nicely decorated. We would definitely go back.

Horrific stay!!! From arriving & having the doors closed, lights turned off.. no one working except a security.. once we spoke with him he went through paper work we had our names & confirmation done had PAID IN FULL but NO KEYS NO ROOM. Literally no ROOM! Going through All of this in the middle of the night with a small child!! after all of that they still couldn’t find our keys so we were put in a emergency room.. which we were woken up to loud noises & banging which seems to be from construction at 7am!!! about an hour or 2 after the office calls.. we have to move rooms again! With all of our stuff already in the room we had to by ourselves move everything from one side of the property to the complete other side! All way to the 3rd floor! With not one person from the hotel to help! When we finally went down to the pool we ordered food which my husband gets food poisoning from eating fish from The bar they have at the pool!!! That caused us to have to cancel our reservations at the restaurant we were going to celebrate my birthday!!! Completely ruined my birthday every single day!!! Imagine spending so much money on your birthday, driving over 5 hours to experience a horrific experience!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Hopefully someone can give me every penny back because this was the worst birthday ever thanks to HYATT VACATION CLUB AT BEACH HOUSE KEY WEST!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! BEWARE !!

The fact there was only one elevator was a bummer. We didnt find the luggage carrrier until well after we climbed all 52 stairs several times to bring all our belongings up. Our room was amazing and the view was so nice. I would definitely recommend staying here
