“This hotel has serious maintenance issues. One of two elevators did not work. Carpets were dirty in the hallways, elevator and room. We had to wear flip flops in the rooms to keep our feet off the carpet. They scented the room so the underlying scent was somewhat covered. There was mold in the caulking in the shower. The lights between the beds did not work but flickered all night long. Would not recommend.”

“My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything. I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered……

“The room and staff was very nice. The whole outside of the building just needs a paint job as this is an older hotel, not like all the new ones on the beach. But had the best price and only walk one block to the beach acrosss the street. For the price was best for me.”

“The staffs, breakfast were excellent. The lobby and extra equipment was clean. Our room had bugs, big roaches. We had to sit all our suitcases and bookbag on higher grounds.I tried to call the manager and supervisor three time on this matter but the supervisor wouldn't call me back or anything. My family and I wouldn't be staying at this place anymore.. I have pictures of the bug in our bed.”

“Everything was good with the exception of no elevator. We were not aware of this before booking. Also, the breakfast was ok but could use some changing in the items offered.”

“Room was clean and staff were great. Price was reasonable and you were close to stores, restaurants, really anything you would need. I can’t leave a review on the breakfast because I never ate there. TV remote the back was missing so you had to hold batteries in place. Overall, I would probably stay again if needed.”

“Beautiful resort, love the new pool. The pool side drinks and food are really good, and affordable. Loved the bar area. Very quiet at night which is great in the halls rooms and outside near the pool. Makes it feel very safe. Only thing was on check in the woman who greeted us was really unfriendly. Pool side bar also girls said they were tired and exhausted. While I understand the busy weekend quests still want to have friendly encounters.”

“Room was clean, had trouble with the air conditioning but they did have it fixed by the time we got back. Not as clean as I would expect for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. I do believe the price is way to high for what you get, it was very close to the beach which is a plus. Had trouble with the side doors not reading your key card and having to walk around and realized they kept a side door open and anyone could have gotten in. Kind of scared me a little bit.”

“Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.”

“Black mold in shower they fixed right away breakfast area congested not enough garbage cans, food limited some days pool pump not working bedding - they use bedsheets as a blanket very odd.”
