The allure of Folly awaits you in this spacious upstairs flat. The nicely equipped kitchen includes a gas range/oven, large microwave, dishwasher, French door refrigerator/freezer and an eating bar for two views the living area for those quick bites. There is plenty of cabinet space along with a unique little cabinet exclusively for your beverages and an over-sized front loading washer/dryer. Spread out into the separate living/dining area’s double La-Z-Boy couches w/ ottomans or a recliner to relax; or dine in and play one of the board games in comfort at the table... After your done exploring Folly or visiting Charleston, which is only 15 minutes away; wind down and enjoy a night in with the new smart 65" HDTV/Blue Ray DVD. WIFI available. A king sized bed is in the master bedroom along with plenty of storage to nicely house all of your possessions. The 2nd bedroom although smaller in size has a queen sized bed along with providing ample storage as well. Rest assured, since both the mattresses and all the pillows are encased in allergy/bed bug protectors. The linens are freshly sanitized and the beds are already made upon your arrival along with bath towels. Flat screens are also available in both of the bedrooms. There is a quaint little screened in porch off the kitchen and a wrap around deck connecting the front and back doors. Our downstairs flat is a separate unit, SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. There is a designated parking space in the front of the house with a city of FB sign for you to park upon your arrival. Please park with the flow, all tires off the road anywhere on the island.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. DURING CHECKOUT, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE CONTRACT AND READ IT BEFORE CHECKING THE BOX. IT WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE AGAIN IN YOUR 'PAID RECEIPT' E-MAIL COPY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS. YOU CAN ACCESS IT AGAIN ANY TIME. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED. FOR CANCELLATION TERMS PLEASE READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ AND BE VERY MINDFUL OF THE CITY OF FB RULES; they are posted in the rental agreement and in the flat on the fridge. Violations of these rules can result in fines to you the loss of our rental license!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishwasher, please rinse and load it; we will start it. Place used towels in the tub; hang up any wet/damp towels in the bathroom only. No need to strip beds or wash anything else. Trash to bin #2.
Please make certain that all personal items have been removed before exiting! We cannot be responsible, nor can we return any items left in the unit; therefore a second look is recommended here.
Adjust the air to cool 74 in summer, close all windows and doors. Check again the doors are locked for your protection as well as ours until the final inspection has been performed after check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
