“The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Está muy deteriorado el hotel, le urge remoldelacion”

“This was the perfect location stay for this area! I loved how close Bryson City and the Great Smoky Mountains were.. you really can’t beat this and the cabin is gorgeous!! Very clean.. 10/10 recommend. I’ll be back!”

“This is truly a hidden treasure! It was better than I had hoped for. We will definitely be going back and plan to stay longer. Most peaceful place we have ever stayed! Even though the way to the cabin is a single lane dirt/gravel road it was well worth it for the seclusion and view! Looking forward to our next visit.”

“The junction was all that we had hoped. Quite, secluded, clean. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the daily grind.”

“Beautiful cabin with an amazing view!! The host went above and beyond with every little detail and everything you could possibly need for your stay, not to mention very helpful with any questions you may have. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!!”

“Not clean. Issued refund for one night of two.”

“El personal es grandioso , súper amables y están muy pendiente de los detalles ”

“We had an excellent time at this beautiful property, the ride down to the lake was very exciting on the ATV, but I would say it would be an arduous walk downhill that you need to be aware of as well as there is a small foot path that my child did fall down a couple of times, so you would need to be in good shape definitely not for someone who was elderly or out of shape. The views are incredible and the lake and waterslide are beautiful and amazing. We would definitely come back.”

“Hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really nice and maintained well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not check out the workout room, ect. as we just stayed one night, but it is a very nice motel for certain.”

“Everything was wonderful! The owners, the property, everything. We will be back for sure.”

“We enjoyed the area and the cabin was very nice. Only thing was the driveway. Needs work. We went past the driveway up to a little turn round that had a bench turn around and then went into the driveway from that angleWas a lot easier that way.Enjoyed it all”

“Nice”
