“The staff at the front desk were new to their job and did not know what to do. They had to go in the back for instructions Overall our suite was tremendous. We at at the Lookout yummy food!!”

“The pool was great indoor and outdoor. Didn’t like I had the reserved room double queen lakeside view for over 5 months and the day before I call they have me in a different room. It got resolved but started the trip on a bad note. My son ordered there chicken wings at the pool deck bar and started eating it noticed the chicken was well under cooked.”

“Overall had a fantastic experience for a sister’s weekend! Would however like more detailed information on getting around the resort as we often left early to try and find where we were going.”
