“El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”

“A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. The staff were very friendly and……

“Massive bed, excellent location. A little soulless, kind of place you might stay on a work trip with the breakfast to match. Room very comfortable.”

“The check-in staff was extremely helpful with our hotel room and with advice about being in the city the hotel room was tidy and had clean sheets. It was a bit grungy. Location is excellent so if you don’t need perfect this is manageable.”
