“Experiencia regular, la propiedad mal señalizada no se ve el número del condominio y tampoco está debidamente señalizado a cuál casa corresponden las cajas donde se encuentra el control remoto del portón. Luego solo llegar a casa de al fondo … sin número. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, pisos sucios vidrios sucios , mala manutención. En resumen a pesar del espumante de cortesía, no la volvería a elegir . Mala relación precio calidad ”

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. “This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. The area isn't much to write home about (mostly warehouses and industrial buildings) but the on-site restaurant had a wide variety of professionally prepared dining options. Everyone here was friendly and helpful -- overall, you won't be disappointed!”
