“Tout était parfait ! Nous avons eu un problème de chauffage et l’équipe a tout mis en œuvre pour résoudre la situation. Finalement nous avons été contraint de changer de chambre ! Celle-ci avait également un problème grave car la porte intérieure était cassé et a failli tomber sur la tête de mon mari! Nous avons signalé à l’accueil pour résoudre cela car cela aurait pu être grave !”

“Property is nice, but style is somewhat dated. I was getting a 2010 vibe. Just passing through Chaves, stayed for one night. Room was clean and we didn't have any issues. Only had interaction with front desk staff for check-in/out, and they were nice. Outside was a bit noisy at night, the property is right in front of a roundabout.”
