Explore nearby hiking trails, lakes, and rivers, or head into town for shopping, breweries, and local events. Scenic drives to Rocky Mountain National Park are also within easy reach. The main floor offers seating for 8 at the kitchen island, while the outdoor patio features a dining table for 8\. Please note, there is no indoor dining table. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen features a Wolf gas range, wine fridge, KitchenAid mixer, blender, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the cooking essentials, dishware, flatware, and spices you’ll need. We also provide complimentary coffee, creamer, tea, and sweetener. On the main level, you’ll find an extra full-sized refrigerator, and the basement wet bar includes a sink and additional dishwasher for added convenience. BATHROOMS: Enjoy bathrooms on both levels, including a wheelchair-accessible ensuite in the walk-out basement and a luxurious primary ensuite with a steam shower upstairs. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest's stay. Lots of natural light and beautiful sunrises. Very quiet and safe neighborhood that is within 15 to 20 minutes of Windsor and Fort Collins. Since there were only two of us, we only used the primary bedroom. But it is poorly managed.We had the following issues: no WiFi for 24 hours, fireplace remote batteries dead (wouldn’t function without them), multiple burned out lightbulbs, dead plants indoors, the hot/ soaking tub had moldy water in it and when we called to ask for it to be cleaned they told us it was broken- even though we had paid extra for its use, the “handicap accessible” bathroom is down stairs and there are small steps to enter the house. The welcome book is out of date and has incorrect contact info for the management company. Hopefully the owners can work some of these things out because the house itself is lovely. With 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom (one main level and one lower level); 1 bedroom's full bathroom was right outside the bedroom door (main level), and the other bedroom had a half bathroom right next door (lower level). We cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and a drawer full of seasonings, which was amazing.
