Great stay close to downtown FOCO

Great location for everything we did. Perfect size for two people
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was less than a mile from everything we did. The parking situation worked out well for us. I was a bit apprehensive about sharing the hot tub area, but the shared timing schedule worked out great.

Easy & convenient
This was a nice, well appointed spot in fort Collins. Very easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, walkable to old town for restaurants, shops, bars. We used it as a central spot to do some hiking over a long weekend and it worked out well. Only thing that would have been nice would be a fan for the bedroom, but that's a small preference. Otherwise it was a perfect spot to act as a landing pad for our trip.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to brewery. Clean space. Our only problem was the hot water for a shower would only last a few minutes. Showers had to be fast. Would still stay here again.

We have a tankless hot water heater that's supplies unlimited hot water so I'm not sure what happened. Next time, let us know and we'll be happy to have our maintenance person come out and take a look to make sure everything is copacetic!

Comfortable and close to amenities
This one bedroom one bath townhome is nicely laid out for a short stay for two people. We found it to be comfortable and appreciate items like towels, TP and a few kitchen staples in the cupboards. It is our second time staying here and will most likely stay here in the future. The hot tub was a bonus activity!

Clean, nice location
A coworker and I stayed here during a conference. The couch, which folds out, was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. The hot tub on the roof was nice at the end of the day. We had another group staying two houses down for the same conference which was very convenient. Only drawbacks: We couldn't find a light source on the roof at night, so used our phone flashlights. Also, I did not get a response from the host when I asked to reduce the stay by a day immediately after clicking "book." Otherwise, a nice stay and a clean place.

Absolutely stunning loft
We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. We were here for our 2 year anniversary as well as to stand by my best friends side on her wedding day. So memberable and the property just put the cherry on top. It was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Best of all, it was so close to everything. My only complaint was the shower. The shower pressure was a bit too harsh and there wasn't anyway that I could find to turn it down, plus it's really hard to keep the water in the shower like the sign says when it's that hard. There also was a draining issue so when you showered there was standing water. Other than the shower, though, everything was perfect. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much!

Poudre River Weekend Getaway
This location has so much to offer! Just off of Old Town, it's easy to access dining, shopping, and breweries. We were right off the river and were able to take a guided fishing tour from St Peter's. Overall this property is a gem and we highly recommend it!

Perfect
In the area for a softball tournament. The house did exactly what it was meant to do and gave us a nice spot to come and relax in between games and soak in the Hottub. I would rent this place again.

Pleasant Loft
Very clean and functional, as well as close to downtown. Appreciated the ability to walk on the many surrounding sidewalks. This is a space better adapted to 2 guests or two guests with small children. The king size bed was VERY comfortable!! We were able to use the deck top with the hot tub in the month of February, so that was a treat. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Parking is on the side of the unit.

Cozy & Clean Condo
My husband and I had a great time in Fort Collins in this cozy, clean, and new condo. We were grateful for the coffee pot, and a few stocked items in the pantry to make our trip more comfortable. The TV is a smart TV and we were able to watch our show on Hulu. The king bed was firm and bedding was nice. Very comfortable for us both! The town is conducive to walking and bike riding, but we drove the car everywhere because most restaurants, shops, and breweries we wanted to check out were 1-3 miles away. A couple things to note: the rooftop hot tub has a schedule because it is shared with another unit. The showerhead is the most forceful I have ever experienced. My husband and I laughed about it. Like a fire hose! The third thing is that owner communication could have been better. Maybe it was an issue with the app, but I had sent a message through Vrbo and never got a response. Also I had to reach out via phone/text to get information to access the condo because I never received an email. All in all, it is a nice place and I still gave it five stars. Plenty of good qualities! I’d recommend.

We find it quite walkable, and there are river trails you can follow to and from downtown. Also, the new river park being right at the edge of the neighborhood is fantastic!

Perfect place for our Honeymoon, Highly Recommend
My wife and I were able to thoroughly enjoy our mini honeymoon thanks to these accommodations. This quaint, clean and modern little home perfectly suited our needs. It is PERFECTLY located to highlight the walkability of Fort Collins. We were able to walk to New Belgium Brewery and Odell's in under 30 minutes. It is also perfectly located near gorgeous parks and hikes to enjoy the gorgeous natural beauty. I highly recommend this booking and hope to return in the future!

The owner was very difficult to deal with in resolving the return of our damage deposit. He claimed we damaged 3 items but never provided photo evidence, not did he provide receipts for the repairs, as we requested. As other reviews mention, the hot tub is directly above the bedroom and the motor runs non-stop and is ridiculously loud at night.

Great spot for a quick trip for two
My son and I spent two nights and three days in Fort Collins to fish, bike, and raft. We did not need much space and didn’t need a yard. I took the bedroom and he took the fold-out couch. This place was just what we needed. Neat neighborhood with a good location — easy bike ride or super quick Lyft to Old Town/Downtown. The owner was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was just as advertised. There is a lot of development in the area so I only see this apartment become a better rental in the future. We were very happy with our stay.

Only minus was it is not really two separate bedrooms. But it sleeps four perfectly. The pull out couch was very comfortable and was a true queen.

As the description says, the unit is close to downtown shops and restaurants, Poudre trailhead, interstate, highway to the mountains, etc. We biked to breweries and restaurants. Cute modern and spacious condo, perfect for 2 people. Host was very helpful and responsive. We didn't get around to using the hottub on the roof, but it looked very nice.

Great Home!

Absolutely a perfect place to stay in Fort Collins
The condo was perfect for us. We were impressed that the owners thought of the little things like salt and pepper. The hot tub was a very nice added feature. The weather was too hot to use it during the day but in the evening it was great. The recommendations were nice to have. We did a few of the breweries and also ventured out to new ones. We would recommend The Red Truck Brewery. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was as advertised but if your a light sleeper not the best setup.
Clean to normal standards, and well-appointed unit. There are two items to note that caused a couple long nights for me and the kids. One we understood the arrangement of the unit being a shared space over a garage. Unfortunately we were unaware that the garage would be in-use at odd hours of the early AM i.e. 0200. The neighborhood also supports a very active night life, I'm sure with in city ordinances, so please beware if you have young kids. Lastly, if you’re a light sleeper you will find the circulator pump of the rooftop spa rather annoying as it resonators throughout the unit

Our neighborhood has lots of families, we use the garage under the unit about twice per week but do so with utmost discretion and we have addressed the hot tub resonance issue. Thanks again for staying with us!
