The floor in the room was very dirty. Issues with TV. They do not answer the front desk. If you have any questions in regard's to your stay, you have to walk into the front office to speak to anyone. I had realized I left something in the room and had to drive all the way back to the property because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk.

I stayed there due to the flooding in South Florida and not being able to get home. The price point for the stay was good, however, the check-in process took longer than it should have as the staff was more concerned with talking socially to one another than to helping me check-in. Additionally, the pillows had not been laundered and smelled bad.

I had a problem with an employee that came to ask me and my children what room we were stating in while trying to enjoy a day at the pool. I felt insulted that he didnt ask anyone else and there were other people at the pool. I felt embarrassed and pissed off. I will never stay there again. The breakfast staff was cool but i never felt comfortable there.

I rented a second room for a friend and the ac did not work the second night. Someone put the ac to heat during the day. It was too dark to see in the middle of the night. My friend spent an uncomfortable 2nd night in same room. the first night the ac was fine. The staff probably turned the ac off and put it on heat. Inferior. I rented 2 rooms for for 2 night and only got 3 nights of acceptable service. Please send me a refund for at least one night. Does that sound fair. I am loyal Quinta customer, look it up.

Carpet had numerous dirty spots on it to me pet stains. TV remote did not work on volume and other settings. Almost could not hear shows when I complain they said they would leave note to repair people. Bathroom needed work to paint, rust. Did not clean room I was staying 2 days.Trash in hall ways. Also they wanted a $75 deposit to boot.

This place is totally disgusting. We arrived and were given the key card. When we got to the room the housecleaner was still cleaning. She basically left it the way it was when we got there except I asked her to vacuum. The bathroom was totally disgusting with mold all over the shower towels. The toilet was leaking at the floor ring. The rug was also disgustingly dirty and the couch which was a sleeper couch was also filthy. We slept in our clothes and declined to use the shower before leaving. Could not wait for morning to leave. I would NEVER recommend this location nor would I ever stay there again.

The property appears nicer than the rooms really are. The bathroom in the room was filthy. I went out to but cleaning supplies and scrubbed the tub. The tub was backed up after cleaning which delayed our ability to bathe. Huge spiderwebs in the bathroom. We stayed in room for as little time as possible because it was so nasty and uncomfortable. Also there was no relief in possibly changing rooms because they were filled to capacity..

This hotel was very dirty and very old. Shower was rusted and the tub looks like its 50 yrs old. Customer service On Friday and Saturday was awful. To hi or thank you. The continental breakfast was not good. I had to get the person twice to get more bagels to make more coffee. He spent more time outside speaking to the other employees. There were holes on the sheets, The rugs need to replace. They have never been clean. I will never stay in this hotel again. I believe that someone from corp should go take a look at this rooms.

Very rough neighborhood
My friend and I stayed at the La Quinta Wyndham Pompano Beach hotel. We each had our own room. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very rough looking. My friend’s room smelled, and the bathroom had a mold and mildew smell to it. We stayed in room 125 and 127. The person in 126 was taken away on a gurney, looking half dead and naked one morning at 6 AM. The breakfast was adequate at best. I ordered towels one time and they said that someone would come by and bring them in 15 minutes. They never showed and when I got back that late afternoon, the towels were in my room even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. I ordered towels another time and they never came. I had to go to the front desk, and he had to go all the way to the laundry to search for towels. It took a long time for him to get to the laundry and get back with the towels. I think I was lucky to get towels because he said there might not be any towels clean.
