Welcome to a luxurious newly constructed canal-front five-bedroom, five-bath private home with a heated swimming pool and spa with a fenced-in back yard, and just steps across Estero Boulevard to seven miles of sugar sand beach. This home is only about a 5-minute walk to the bustling Times Square area. This property's proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This vacation destination is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, but other things only a tropical paradise like Estero Island can offer. For the adventurous, jet ski and parasailing rentals are just a short walk away. Should you ever decide to leave your home in paradise, there's always the Key West Express which takes only about four hours on a high-speed boat to Key West, with daily round-trips. This home has many high-end features, has complimentary WiFi, laundry rooms on the second and third levels, living areas on each upper level, two garages for two cars, built-in covered outdoor gas grills on the lower and main levels, a large bonus room on the ground floor with a refrigerator, high-end furnishings and decorations, wood flooring, ceiling fans and architectural tray ceilings throughout. This home also has a protected outdoor shower area adjacent to one of the garages to rinse off the beach sand after spending time on the beach.
On arrival, entry is from the garage into a furnished lower-level foyer where you will find access to the ground-level bonus room out to the pool deck, and then go up to the two upper levels via stairs. The first level has an open kitchen and living room plan, wet bar, plus a formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen, one of the three master bedrooms with bath, laundry room, and first guest bedroom and bath. The second level contains two more master bedrooms with a bath, another guest bedroom and bath, a living area, a wet bar with a Keurig coffee maker and wine cooler, and another large laundry room with a laundry sink and plenty of cabinets. All bedrooms are very nicely furnished and have king-size beds.
The first level above the ground floor has a kitchen that is a chef's delight. There is a large pantry and an island with a farmhouse-style stainless steel sink and three high-boy bar chairs behind it. All appliances are high-end stainless-steel, including dishwasher, countertop 5-burner gas range, built-in self-cleaning and convection oven with built-in microwave oven above and refrigerator/freezer with freezer drawer below with ice-maker. Everything is provided to prepare full-course meals should you so desire. Just bring the food! Also for your convenience, there is a Keurig coffee maker. Behind the kitchen island bar is a wet bar with a sink, cabinets, and a wine cooler. The living room is nicely furnished and has expansive sliding glass doors leading out to an open but covered balcony overlooking the canal, pool, and back bay. There are ceiling fans out here, as well as a built-in gas grill. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room with an adjacent open but covered deck with a view of the Gulf across the street. There are stairs from this deck down to street level. Off the living room at the rear of the home is the first of three master bedrooms with en suite bath. The large master bathroom has tile flooring, a stand-alone bathtub, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, A guest bedroom and bath on this level are at the front of the home and have sliding glass doors out to an open but covered balcony overlooking the Gulf.
Access to the next level again is via the stairs. At the top of the stairs is a wet bar with a sink, cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, a wine cooler, and a convenient Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee. There is another living area on this level with sliding glass doors out to an open but covered balcony with a Gulf view. As noted there are three bedrooms on this level, with an open yet covered furnished balcony on the rear overlooking the canal, and there is a second laundry room.
Last but not least is the ground level covered and furnished pool-side lanai. The lanai has a table seating four, and a seating group consisting of a sofa, two swivel chairs, and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating group is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV.
