The property is a wooden new build, noise goes from room to room very easy, everything was new, Regina and Dennis go above and beyond being helpful, not the nicest neighborhood as I was very unfamiliar with the area.

The room was fine. Nice kitchen facilities and good bedroom. However, almost no utensils. (One fork, one knife, one plate) we were told at check in that there were no coffee makers.(Go to Dunkin' Donuts!) no place to sit outside or walk outside near the hotel. We were coming from a blizzard in Michigan! When we checked out we were told that we could have requested a coffee maker!!! We will not choose this place again...

Horrible check in front desk if you want to call it a front desk was closed at 9:00 pm whrn i arrived. I had to dial on phone 511 until somebody answered then he gave me key to room. We only wanted room just to sleep and had a hard time falling a sleep as there was party's going on that floor with loud music walls were shaking. I dialed 511 at 11:00 pm a staff answered and told him the situation and he said he will take care of it. Nothing resolved as music continued pass 1:00 am. That was Sunday night i can just imagine if it was a Friday or Saturday night. Horrible experience. I would give a 0 rating but they don't give that option

It's a great place to stay for a long-term business trip! The rooms are comfy and there's enough space for yourself and another person if you're traveling with someone else. The staff are nice and are always willing to help. It's right by a bus stop, a few restaurants, and grocery stores, so if you want to walk for a quick trip of groceries, you definitely can! The only issues I had were with some of the other residents, who often smoked in their rooms (despite them being non-smoking), the elevator, and right by the entrance. I'm not from FL so I was shocked by all the smoking, but after my stay it looks like this is the norm for the state, not this particular area. I recommend the staff increase the policies for people smoking, but I understand that can be hard as the other residents may do it in a place outside of their view (again, the elevator), but if other residents mention to them along with the room number the scent is coming from, there should be a consequence. Though there's a charge for smoking, it looks like the troublemakers don't take it seriously.

The property overall was decent, but the room that I was given, had no sheets on the bed so they had to switch me into a different room. There was a terrible smell in both rooms. There was hair all over the sink and all over the floors, elevators smelled terrible and were dirty.

There are drug addicts living in this place. The desk agent was not at the front desk when I arrived, and there was a "resident" standing there who told someone else to go get the agent. The first room I was assigned was so smelly like a chain smoker was in there, and there was hair all over the bed and night stand. I asked for a new room, and it was nice. The pillows are paper thin, but the room was new and clean. On the way up to that room there was a lady who seemed really methed out. There was open doors with families in there.

They don’t clean your room and you have to take your own trash down to the dumpster. There are kitchens but no silverware, plates, or cups. You have to purchase everything. A lot of loud domestic quarrels.
