Could not sleep due to the loud AC, fridge, and ice machine right in front of the room (ppl were using it at 2 am) and all the light coming in from the parking lot. The curtain was not large/long enough to shut it off. All the towels looked clean but felt like old rugs and very uncomfortable especially for face. Also the room keeping ppl kept coming back in the morning as I was getting ready although I already told them that I'm checking out at 11 am which was interrupting. The area was okay but would not come back due to the poor sleep quality that I got.

The property was extremely limited in amenities. Shampoo and conditioner were not included in the rooms (only bar soap), nor were their hair dryers or basic hotel amenities. Further, it took 3 days to get my room cleaned and when the room was finally "cleaned," the same sheets were used to remake the bed instead of fresh sheets, none of the trash was cleaned,, there were no change out for towels or wash cloths, and one of the mattress protectors was simply removed and thrown onto the floor. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it did not have any bugs.
