"Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful luxury home in Franconia. The property was absolutely stunning, impeccably maintained, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The home was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together without ever feeling crowded.The attention to detail throughout the home was remarkable, from the high-end finishes and comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and inviting gathering spaces. The location was perfect for exploring the White Mountains while still offering a peaceful retreat to return to each day.Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We especially appreciated the breathtaking surroundings and the overall sense of comfort and luxury the home provided.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Franconia area and would gladly stay here again. It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish."

"The property is undergoing a renovation and you’ll see that throughout all of their reviews. The rooms are pretty, and updates to an older motel in the mountains are challenging. But, it would have been incredibly helpful to have known that booking through this website then required an additional link sent to me to get additional instructions to check in. There is no office onsite and no one to check you in. Sure someone will come if you need anything, but I don’t want to deal with multiple websites, hence using this one. I got a message while traveling at 9-9:30pm (during a thunderstorm, so I was not checking the app) about the link (which isn’t supported on the app so I had to login through the website on my phone) only to find there were no instructions on how to enter. I didn’t have a room assignment easily accessible in the hotels.com app so I *had* to login to their app. I also had to then upload a photo to confirm my identity and my license photos, at this point I was upset and would have rather stayed down the road where I’ve stayed multiple times. Then I received a note in the app about which room I was in and the door being left unlocked for me. As a single traveler, while it is Franconia and very safe, not a great thing to read when you have a keypad entry you could be using with this second website I just logged into. I wish you the best of luck, but I’ll be going back to a location with a front desk and locals I know. Which I should’ve done anyways."

"The staff was polite and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The desk clerk had a bit of trouble finding my reservation at first, but eventually he found it. He informed me of all the amenities and thanked me for my booking. The room was adequate, although not as clean as I would have preferred. The TV remote was covered in dried-on food, and there were stains on the rug and walls near the window. There was also no handsoap in the bathroom, so we opted to just use the shower gel that was provided in order to wash hands. House keeping doesn't put fresh towels/ washcloths in daily, you must request this. The fridge in the room was very cold, this was great for keeping our drinks refreshingly chilled. The room was very quiet and the view of Cannon Mountain was lovely. There were plenty of TV channels, so we had no trouble finding something to watch. The breakfast was a bit Spartan, but adequate. The coffee was pretty good as far as hotel coffee goes. All in all, it was an adequate place to stay on a last minute booking."

"The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location to get to the Franconia attractions. We would have liked some better quality pans in the kitchen and pillows in the bedroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again."
