“The cabin was beautiful and looked brand new. Everything was clean and in good order on our arrival. Everything in the cabin worked as it should with a full kitchen and cookware. The location was beautiful, the outdoor sauna and fire pit (wood not provided) was overlooking a serene brook. The cabin is located roughly five minutes from the town of Lincoln, where you can find anything you need, while also being next to the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. “My husband and I rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was everything we were looking for. It was cozy and warm, bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was wonderful and our favorite part of the stay. The location was also super convenient as it was right off a main road and easy to find, but still very quiet. We would definitely love to stay again!”

“Easy communication. Directions to home said not to use gps - but the directions were not accurate. Gps worked for others just fine. Downstairs smelled very damp and musty and the whole house was dirty. Food and mouse poop in pullout couch. Top bunk unmade. Dirt and hair on bathroom floors. 1/2 (opened) bag of marshmallows left on counter along with sleeve of graham crackers. Despite all this we still had a fun family night there and once windows opened it smelled fine. ”
