The staff were not the most pleasant. I was initially placed in a room with two men (I'm a solo female traveler). When I asked to be relocated to a female-only room, the staff begrudgingly placed me in a room that was already full. The third room they placed me in was great, and very clean. But I basically had to unpack, re-pack, and haul my heavy suitcases around the property several times which was quite troublesome.

My day layover from the Frankfurt airport free subway and bus system. The price with free public transport makes it perfect more so than the facilities.

Easy to find, decent location, but room was very dirty. moved the twin beds apart and there was so much dust underneath that my black socks were white with so much dust. Bed sheets had hair from previous users. Bathroom was fairly clean though. Seems like they focus on certain areas more than others. Will not be staying here again.

Problem after problem
We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30pm but there was a long line for check in. We didn’t actually get our room key until nearly midnight. We were travelling with 2 young children who were already exhausted so this was a very long wait. When we got to the room, there wasn’t enough sheets for the beds or pillow or duvet covers. The curtains didn’t cover the window so we had no privacy and we’re woken up at dawn as we had no way to block out the sunrise. When my husband went down to the desk to ask for more bedding and to query the lack of curtains there was already a separate queue for complaints. He was told there was no more bedding but it might arrive in the middle of the night so he could check back then. He was given no advice about the curtains. We all had a terrible night sleep and I will absolutely avoid using this hotel again. They have not tried to resolve anything or contact us. Very disappointing.

Really bad experience, we where given a room that was already occupied, the person in charge didn’t know what to do, we had to wait for two hours to get our room, we ended up getting the room after 2 am. I expect a full refund.

This is the armpit of Frankfurt. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even in third world countries. I had to cry and wait 45 minutes to get them to honor my booking. Then they overcharged me. This is a travesty of a place.

First two rooms, I opened the door to find that they were occupied! The guy on reception just stated ‘this is why I hate this job’. Common areas where never cleaned during my stay the same dirty sock was there throughout! Area has plenty of eating options and is handy for Messe but next time I will book the premier inn.

Very noisy, between street noises (tram, train, sirens) and rowdy youths who were partying and shouting just outside the property late at night. 2 nights out of 3 when I stayed. Not a good choice when you need a decent night sleep.

Room condition and hygiene were not very good
The dorm of 6 people had a lack of ventilation, so we're forced to open the window. Meanwhile, the weather was cold, and the traffic was noisy. The new bedsheets were simply dropped on the dusty floor. Some sheets were covered in dust, so I didn't use it. Furthermore, some USB chargers in the room were broken. The only advantages of this hotel are just the location and the price.

CORONA certainly ruined the breakfast service...so no one's fault. -Other: I had to change my date, but was unable to do on line via the website (although promised) ! Then the Tel Nr did not work and I had to search around to get a life person on finally. A little frustrating. Yes, noisy around there, but so convenient w/ the S-Bahn within a 5 min walk ! Have been there on other trips - and will be back !

As a budget traveler we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is just one train stop from downtown and very close to the station. The room was clean. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

So called in to change my check in date, they said no problem (this is after being hung up on 3 times!) Show up and all the sudden they can't find my reservation. Call Expedia for the booking number they inform me they have to call, wait on hold long distance (gonna be a wonderful cell phone bill) to be told that I would be charged as a no-show...an additional half of what i originally paid for 5 days, said nope they told me it was fine and I'm not paying any extra. Expedia at this point basically told me there was nothing they could do so failures between both the hostel and Expedia cost me three hundred bucks. Ended up walking out and across the street was the Tryp Wyndham where we ended up staying. So if you may run into an emergency do not book this hostel and Expedia does not provide the proper booking number to do any changes apparently though the hostel will tell you different on the phone. Avoid!

Wouldn't recommend if you're a minority
The room is nice but they have no lockers in the room to put your things. So either you trust your roommates or you have to pay 4 Euros a day to rent a locker in the lobby. How stupid is that? The indian/arab working check in is racist. I was one of two people in line to check in and he called over the white behind me, not even acknowledging me. When he gave me my key, he said the room's over there and pointed behind him, expecting me to find it outside in the back. Worse than that, he tried to make me pay for the room again when I already paid it online. Will not stay again, I'm sure they don't care.

Basic accommodation but to be expected for the price. However the hotel has obviously recently undergone a complete refit, so although basic rooms and pretty small, everything is new and clean.

Die Anbindung in die Stadt war sehr gut. Vom Hauptbahnhof brauchte man nur wenige Minuten. Die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hostel wurde auch von verschiedenen Linien angefahren, sodass man immer gut von A nach B kommen konnte. - Die Zimmer waren insgesamt nicht sehr sauber. Bei meinem Zimmer war die Toilette nicht gereinigt worden (es gab noch Spuren von der vorherigen Person). So bekam ich dann ein anderes Zimmer, das war dann zum Glück sehr unproblematisch. - Beide Zimmer hatten Flecken an den Wänden, abgerissene Tapete und Boden/Fensterbank waren zerschrammt. Also der Gesamteindruck eher schlecht. Was jetzt auch nicht so wild ist, da man ja eigentlich nur ins Zimmer kommt um zu schlafen. Aber das war das größte Problem. - Es war extrem laut! Es rummpelte Nachts im Treppenhaus, Die Straßenbahn fuhr die ganze Nacht, lauter Verkehr, Personen die sich vor dem Hostel aufhielten und rumgeschrien haben, laut Musik gemacht haben etc... Dazu war es extrem heiß im Zimmer (Außentemperatur Tagsüber im April ca 19 Grad), aber keine Klimaanlage und an Fenster aufmachen war gar nicht zu denken. Ich habe in den beiden Nächten in denen ich da war kaum Schlaf bekommen. Schalldichte Fenster fehlen hier einfach. - Das Frühstück war auch sehr dürftig. Es gab wenig Auswahl, die Qualität war auch nicht gut. - Man musste an der Rezeption immer sehr lange warten

フランクフルト中央駅から一駅、そして徒歩2分という、とても便利な場所にあります。他のA&Oのホテルよりも少し広かったと思います(間取りは一緒です)。 安く、便利に、安全に泊まりたいのならこのホテルがオススメです。
