Services provided by staff doesn't justify the amount they charge per night for stay. We were not allowed to check in at 1pm as tbe check in time was 3pm. Staff is not supportive . We were asked to take higher Suite by paying am extra 280 euros per night if we want to check in early

Nice hotel close to a park and a huge shopping area/ mall. Fitness First is the hotel’s gym and pool, but it can get crowded from locals that have a membership there. The breakfast is really good and they have a decent hotel lounge/bar. They have a small executive lounge for Gold (if you book the executive floor) and Diamond members, but if you book with Expedia they may not let you use your membership benefits.

Awesome place in Frankfurt
The hotel is great and has very nice premises. It is very well located, allowing you to be near subway and close to downtown, without the annoying crowds and traffic. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Their gym is partnered with an amazing Club with great amenities such as pools, sauna, very well equipped gym etc

Great location,easily accessible. Located in the center of Frankfort surrounded by many coffee shops and close to the main shopping street Zeil. Absolutely loved everything as everything was within walking distance from the hotel

Excellent location, polite and gentle staff, providing us storage for our luggage and we could travel easily to Frenc. Breakfast is very extensive including everything you need. You have access and ability to walk every where you want to see and visit in Frankfurt with less than 30 minutes walk. We stayed in the hotel for 2 periods of 2 nights and enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

my room did't have enough light, water doesn't work in the "beatiful tub" Very small room around the sink, no free coffee or tee, it was an old thermostat without any posibilities to change the heat a little bit lower or higher

I will only stay at this hotel when in Frankfurt. The customer service is amazing! I did not want a full buffet breakfast so the chef allowed me an a la carte egg scramble instead. The lifeguard allowed my daughter to borrow goggles for the pool. Everyone was so friendly and helpfull. I can not say enough good things. The room was sparkling clean as well.

Everything! The room was spacious and had adequate table space for working. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet for sleeping. The location was perfect. The food was exceptional and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much that I just booked a stay at another Hilton in Germany.

Staff went above and beyond to assist with our requests. Breakfast menu was great (I highly appreciated that they made me an omelette) and the hotel was clean and modern.

This is one of my favorite hotels, however, this time due to the works in the hotel, it was horrible at day time. One day the lounge was not working, though the hotel charged for the executive room. Personnel was as usually very good, and did their best to soften the situation
