I was scammed by the staff about the “free” Breakfast and forced to pay extra 16 Euros or Police! other than other issues

Dear Sir/Madam,We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with us. The reservation had been made without breakfast. We have no where mentioned about free breakfast in our hotel. There are possibilities to make a reservation with or without breakfast. An additional breakfast for the reservation without breakfast costs 16 Euros per person per day.We thank you for your understanding.

Overall the value was decent. But showing my partner my home country, this hotel was not a good example. The photos do not do justice. The breakfast was okay, the dining experience was not great as the window was wide open and cold winds coming in. The worker(s) had their own music on loud and it was not a relaxing type for guests. I, personally, would not return here.

Very nice, clean hotel with excellent staff.
Very clean, comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It’s in a nice neighborhood that feels very safe. It’s close to public transportation, a small supermarket, and some nice local restaurants. The biggest negative was no air conditioning. Even with a fan, the afternoon was pretty unbearable. Given how nice the hotel is, it seems a prudent idea would be to install some air conditioners in the rooms. We would stay there again if that were the case.

Nice Area and Quiet
The Tripp Inn was very nice if you are looking for a budgeted minded hotel. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area. The subway was very near for access to anywhere in Frankfurt. The hotel its self was very clean. However do to Covid and conditions they were not offering the items such as breakfast and the bar advertised. We didn't know until we checked in. The showers in the room are the weirdest set up I have seen in many miles of traveling.

Straightforward hotel in a nice area
Well-located, simple hotel, within walking distance of the trade fair site and main railway station. Room was comfortable, just the door slammed quite noisily. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

I liked its cleanliness, room decor and location. Some issues: 1) a large set of stairs up which I had to carry a heavy suitcase (no ramp) outside and even inside there were another couple of stairs 2) lighting in the washroom was only from the centre of the ceiling. It was obvious they had done a renovation and upgraded the rooms, but without light focused on the mirror, you can't apply make-up or shave by using the mirror. They should add light by the mirror.

The hotel is a small inn conveniently located close to the Frankfurt fairground. Overall it’s comfortable. Only remark I have is related to the change of towels as they were not hung properly so was not sure if they were changed in the first place.

Comfortable stay
Quiet area but restaurants available a short walk away. 15.or 20 minutes walk from main railway station . Comfortable hotel but room not air-conditioned normally not a problem but. temperatures were around 100 degrees during my visit.

Front staff were very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is located close to several restaurants. During our stay the hot water was not working and so we did not enjoy the cold showers. However, these things do happen

Good hotel and excellent service, recommended
The location was good. Close to public transport. Walking distance to Malls. The staff was great. Hotel was just renovated, so everything was new and clean. Breakfast was very good, big variety of hot and cold with lots for vegetarians as well. Cleaning staff was great. Welcome drinks was offered and directions to attractions were pointed out including which trams or metro to take. We booked for 1 night, ended up staying for 2 nights.

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich. Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos auf der Webseite, des Weiteren waren Flecken auf den Betten und auf dem Stuhl. Das ,,Doppelbett“ wurde aus zwei einzelbetten zusammengestellt, man ist also andauernd in die Mitte des Bettes gefallen. Es gab kein ordentliches warmes Wasser im Badezimmer. Das einzig schöne war die Aussicht auf die Hochhäuser. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir waren schon öfters hier und kommen immer wieder gerne, z. B. nach Abendspielen der Eintracht oder diesmal nach einem Musical in der Alten Oper. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Ein kleines, feines Hotel. Hatte ein ruhiges Einzelzimmer, nicht sehr groß, aber sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich Hotel und Festhalle sind fußläufig je in rund 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar.
