"Our stay was mostly good, however, the TV had a parental control that required a PIN # to get into any of the apps. So basically, the TV was useless except to watch the limited live TV programs they had on cable. Other than that, the property was clean and had a great little stream you could see off the back porch."

"Beautiful place. Located on a safe area. House was well-equipped, feels like home away from home especially if you’re cooking for a big group. There was a little mistype on the number of rooms at first, but it got fixed and clarified."

"The home is clean and the floor plan worked well for our needs. The furnishings and beds are of good quality and are comfortable. The view is pretty and the home's location is convenient to many activities in Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake. The property owner is easy to reach and responds quickly."

"We had a great stay at this property. The listing was an excellent representation of the property. The host had lots of supplies available (paper towels, coffee, etc.) that I typically don't see. The location was amazing. My son who was remote working was able to fish in the Fraser River right out the back door when he had a break. There was lots of good hiking and fly fishing available close by. We accessed the west side (quiet side) of Rocky Mountain National Park, which was fantastic. Highly recommend."
