“I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. ”

“Zum Jahresende haben wir nochmal ein wunderbarer Wochenende im Schloss verbracht. Sowohl Candle Light Dinner als auch Rauhnachtsdinner waren absolut köstlich, der Service wie immer hervorragend und die Zimmer gemütlich und urig. Wir kommen auch 2026 gerne wieder. ”

“Das Frühstück war bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht gut. Viele Dinge waren schon aufgebraucht und wurden kaum nachgefüllt. Das Frühstückspetsonal war, wenn überhaupt aufzufinden, überfordert und unterbesetzt. Leider war im selben Zeitraum auch niemand über die Rezeption zu erreichen - Schade, denn sonst war das Hotel für mich (bei nur einer Übernachtung) ok.”

“The room was very clean and functional, but... Once you've already been there and you've learnt how everything works with the hotel personal (reachable only by vocal phone calls in the evening of arrival and beginning to clean-up rooms at about 9:30 in the morning) and the automatic check-in (it was dark when I arrived and it wasn't easy at all to get the magnetic card to access the room. Luckily another hotel guest passing by helped me), then this can be a convenient solution for your stay……
