Welcome to Blue Succulent Haus! This beautifully renovated home is fun, funky and eclectic. Located just a short three minute drive to historic and lively downtown Fredericksburg. This is the perfect place for a weekend girl’s trip full of shopping, wine tasting and exploring the beautiful Hill Country! Bring the family and enjoy the fun funky vibe of this home that has plenty of room for everyone. Book now you don’t want to miss your chance to stay here!

Bright vibrant colors greet you as you step inside the doorway to this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home. Down the hallway you can feel the fun funky vibe from the designs on the wall and the leopard print carpet leading you to each of the bedrooms and baths. As you walk into the living room the “Funky Fred” selfie wall will catch your eye and will be your group's favorite spot to capture memories that you will treasure forever. Step into the kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a meal or a few snacks for everyone to enjoy. As the sun comes up the sunroom with its oversized windows is the perfect place to gather with morning coffee and plan where to start your fun day of exploring Fredericksburg. Once you get back to the house after a long enjoyable day on the town, grab a glass of wine and head out to the hot tub under the pergola in the backyard and soak up the night sky, you will have plenty of privacy as the yard backs up to a wet weather creek. Blue Succulent Haus is going to be your go to spot when you come and visit Fredericksburg over and over again!

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $63.87 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
