This is set in the hill country. Far back from most city activity. Very relaxing and quiet. The pool is amazing. Two levels with a hot tub in between. The rooms are very large. Great views pf the hill countey too. Bring your camera!

This was our first stay but wont be our last! The property overall is maintained well. Staff was always visible doing things and they are so friendly and organized. The presidential suite vastly exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious and decorated well. The only 2 things I found was 1) there was a strange, and unpleasant smell as soon as you entered the suite. Thankfully iwas only in the entryway and not throughout the suite. And, the 2nd thing is there arent any ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Which isnt a huge deal. We'll know next time we visit to bring our own fans. Our stay was so enjoyable, which makes it easy for us to say we'll be back soon.

Quite remote but relaxing environment in the Texan Hill Country. Nice pool area and games equipment. They charge for wifi . Accommodation spacious and clean.

The only option for food was to buy and prepare onsite in the room or to drive 15 miles to the nearest town. I didn't realize how isolated it was when I booked, but that is my fault. Wonderful room, it's a pity I was travelling solo :(

Disappointing experience at [Resort Name]. Upon arrival, the concierge gave us a sales pitch. Our suite had water that smelled like sewage, prompting us to cut our trip short by a day. Despite prepayment and no property damage, we were charged additional fees upon departure. When questioned, we were told the charges would be removed, yet they remain on our account. Overall, I would not recommend this resort.

Beautiful property! Needs a little maintenance done. There was a broken step leading to our room that created a trip hazard. Concierge was helpful but a little pushy. Overall nice property. Would recommend to others!

The property itself was quite nice. The booking experience was awful. The condo was booked and paid for the first week of February for a stay in mid-March, with 3 days' notice of cancellation required for a refund. The day before our stay, we received a call saying that our reservation had been canceled. But they could move us to a smaller condo (from the presidential 1 BR to a studio with only a Murphy bed). They could not tell me how much the difference in price would be, nor when it would be refunded (I have since received an email telling me the amount but have not actually received the refund a week after the end of our stay). We felt we had no choice but to accept the downgrade, with not enough advance warning to look for other options. And when we arrived at the property, no one there was aware of the issue, able to speak to what happened, or able to address it in any way. It felt like a deliberate attempt to prevent having to put a face to the mistakes that were made or to apologize for them. Our other complaint was with the aggressive encounter and ongoing harassment to attend a time share presentation during our stay.

We absolutely loved this place. The terrain was gorgeous, the space was immaculate and very well done, it was close to many things but out of town enough to be serene. I have a spread of ages in kids and this was great for all of them! We really enjoyed ourselves and are already looking at dates to return. I think this may be our Go-To spot for a bit of family down time!

Property was great, sales pitch was deceptive
The condo was nice and the bed very comfy. There was plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner for our stay. Missing was the coffee and dishwasher soap but hospitality delivered those very quickly. Loved having the washer and dryer and some laundry soap. One night we joined the guest astronomy professor at the dark stargazing area. He was amazing and a real treat to stargaze through his wonder telescope. We did visit the recreation area to enjoy the hot tub but couldn’t get the jets to work. Took the plunge on the pool water slider. Our time was very relaxing and enjoyable except for the club sales presentation. The person checking us in was a driver’s license and credit card. We didn’t want to give a credit card to sit through a sales presentation. She insisted the credit card was need to verify our last name. She would not take our military IDs as a second piece of verification and said the credit card was needed to verify our last name. That is false and very deceptive. No way would we give our credit card to sit through a sales presentation so we left. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.
