“My wife and I recently visited the Inlet Inn. The waterfront location is perfect, within very short walking distance to ferry boat rides, nice restaurants, shopping and historic homes and churches. The staff at the Inlet Inn was extremely friendly and helpful; check-in/out was a breeze. Our rooms (due to our late booking we had to change rooms) spectacular! Both rooms were very spacious. The first had a large balcony overlooking the water. The second had a large bay window overlooking the water……

“The room was exceptionally clean. The staff at the dive shop were friendly. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. I will stay here again when I come back.”

“Very nice facility. The staff was exceptional! Nice breakfast. Gravy and biscuits would have made it better. Lunch and dinner menu was limited but food was very good. Views are limited for some rooms. Did I mention, the staff was amazing!”

“The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.”

“This was our third stay at this property, and the first under the new name (it was formerly the Pine Knolls Shore Inn). I didn’t see anything really different except for the parking fee of $20 per day. The balcony was very small, and the bathroom faucet looked as if an amateur had replaced it with a whole tube of caulk. But, because I waited too late to book reservations, they were the only facility that offered an ocean view.”
