The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in classic construction style of the region. The German landlords temporarily inhabit the apartment on the first floor in the summer. The apartment is simple but fully furnished. In addition to the living room and bedroom, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a large terrace leading into the garden with sunny and shady spots, seating and reclining furniture. The house is quietly located on a 1000m² plot above the village center. Parking is given on the property.
