Fantastic peoperty for up to 8 people. Spotlessly clean and filled with lovely art pieces and tasteful decoration. So many different types of crockery, games and amenities including essential air con. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and was well maintained. We also enjoyed the adjacent outside kitchen and fridge for food and drinks. Views were stunning and the whole site felt very safe. Our hosts were next door but were in no way obtrusive. They respected we were on holiday and left us to it but were around to help, for example they sorted the TV out when we wanted to watch the football. They were also very flexible with checkout and communicative on whatsapp. Lovely location for a lovely holiday. Thsnk you Valerie and John.

Wonderful relaxing stay
We loved our stay here and were made to feel so welcome by our hosts. The villa is perfectly equipped for all one could need. Perfectly located for visiting the French Riviera. Felt like a a bit of luxury all to ourselves, marvellous.

Villa 19!!
After a long and eventful beginning the car was packed and we felt we were winning. A drive down to the South of France, Frejus For two weeks of bliss and making memories so new. The greeting was superb, no detail missed out, You could see the smiles as we all wandered about So many amenities and places to chill The pool was beautiful, definitely there a few hours to chill. The terrace quickly became the gathering place, to chat and play cards, it was such a wonderful space. We all got together here to eat and drink, and one of my favourite parts of the holiday, I think! So many games played in the pool, and when it got too hot, it was a great way to get cool. The outside toilet and kitchen were a fabulous treat and there were daily applications of suncream by the shaded table and seats. The villa was in such a perfect location perfect for any travel fascination Easy to get to for Frejus and shopping Lidl was close and Intermarché's easy to stop in. Added to this we had access to a big public pool and a club house for pizza and a glass of rose to keep cool. We would highly recommend Nice for the day, flower markets in the morning and beautiful views of the bay. Cannes was also beautiful and full of rich sights The shops were stunning and lots of cars caused excite! The waterpark was great however, the queues were long in the sun but the rides were fab and the kids all had fun. Monster trucks was awesome, the tricks performed were insane the boys kept shouting for "more" again and again. Another trip was out to the Luna Fair park, which was a great experience to go to after it gets dark The choice of rides for all interests made it so fun It was a win win experience for all that had come. All in all, the best holiday was had Villa 19 was everything and more you'll be glad. Valerie and John are fab hosts with great recommendations The location ideal and with great communication. We would highly recommend choosing this place to stay, Simply a great holiday in every way!

This villa is where you come to relax and enjoy.
John was a great host right from the start after greeting us upon our late night arrival. His early visit to the boulangerie the next morning was so thoughtful. Both John and Valerie were very helpful with travel suggestions and recommendations. The villa is fully equipped and very clean. It was great to be able to do laundry on the premises. The view is spectacular and the pool is amazing. We are so happy to include Villa Capitou as part of our memories of our trip to France. If we ever return we will surely be in touch with John and Valerie.

Wonderful Holiday
We have been here twice now and had an excellent holiday each time. The location is perfect...set in the hills overlooking the sea in the distance. The accommodation is lovely and clean and has a wonderful pool and outside area that my family love. John and Valerie are excellent hosts and we will be back again.

Nice location to relax and discover Côte d’Azur
Together with our 3 kids we had a pleasant stay during our summer vacation in July Great location even for families with teenagers. Beside the well-tended garden and pool area there are plenty of nice cities which are easy to access as the highway is in close proximity. Big thank you to Valery and John who were always very supportive in case we had any questions.

La propriété était à la hauteur de nos attentes dans un endroit calme et intime où nous avons pus passer des vacances familiale. Les propriétaires nous ont parfaitement accueilli nous avons meme eu des petites attentions à notre arrivé ( biscuits de la régions et petit apéritif). L Esterel à nos pieds
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille de 18mois à 65 ans dans la maison de Valérie et John. La maison est chaleureuse, méditerranéenne, fonctionnelle et rien ne manque. Ping pong, piscine, vélos, WiFi, climatisation, bureaux pour travailler... Nous étions dans un domaine au cœur de l Estérel avec courts de tennis, terrain de pétanque et restaurant avec animation le soir au top. Je salue l'amabilité et la disponibilité de nos hôtes. À noter qu'une voiture est indispensable.

Lovely time
We spent 5 days in this lovely hillside villa and enjoyed the pool, the cozy atmosphere and the fantastic view. The hosts lived next door and welcomed us warmly while also giving us complete privacy during the vacation. The villa is fully stocked and there were even some useful welcome gifts. We would love to come back and stay for longer than 5 days.
