Very inhumane hotel
Terrible leave your night risk in one phone call, way they don’t have a phone there with direct line ,I don’t know from where they have the stars ,just think if a old men or lady get there and need help ,I don’t like it,the breakfast very poor, was late and we don’t have other options,I don’t recommend to anyone

We tried to reach you by phone and we sent you the late arrival procedure on your Expedia email, but apparently you did not receive it. As indicated on the Expedia platform, the arrival time is from 3pm to 7pm and late arrival is possible but subject to availability. For a three star property it was an excellent choice. Usually I don’t like chain hotels but the staff on this one was very friendly.

Overnight in Bulle in June
This property does not have a/c and it was very hot at night and when we arrived. If you leave windows open, you could cool it off a little, but the noise and mosquitoes take over. Suggestion: put a fan in the room and give guests a choice between sheet and heavy blanket. Otherwise, the location and service were good.

Great place to stay. The staff were great, professional and SO accommodating! The rooms were modern, clean and BIG! Will definitely come back!!! The restaurant was awesome, good food and breakfast buffet was a delight!

3rd time here for business. only a few of the staff speak English and the restaurant menus are only in French. The executive rooms are in a second building reached via an enclosed glass bridge. so far I've not once managed to get a room with a balcony... Food is a bit too exotic (who really wants a squid ink bun on their burger??). I stay in hotels every week and sometimes you just want simple food, so having a bar menu serving simple food eg. Club sandwich, would be a bonus. on the plus, found a nice Pizzeria in the town, but again only French spoken

The room was hot, as there was no airconditioning. We also found the restaurants downstairs to be very hot. On the second morning of our stay I was unable to finish my breakfast, due to the heat. There was an air conditioner on the wall, but it was not turned on. The room was of a reasonable size, but the bathroom was exceptionally small. I found it difficult to dry myself in the bathroom after having a shower, and resorted to drying myself in the bedroom.

A great value, convenient for exploring Fribourg, Gruyères, etc
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Hotel Rallye very much. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the decor modern and tasteful, and the amenities top notch (for example, the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash were high quality products with consideration paid to both health and the environment). We thought it was much nicer than other places we stayed at for around the same amount. It was a great value! That being said, we did notice a few minor issues-- our toilet seat was not fully attached so it moved around a bit, and there was a very minor leak under the bathroom sink. Nothing major though, and the staff was so accommodating. They gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant with good cheese fondue too. If you're interested in exploring the Gruyères area, we recommend this hotel. (Plus, the town of Bulle is worth seeing in its own right. They even have a castle that has been turned into administrative offices-- the police are there, for example!)

Hotel estava em obras nos apartamentos perto do elevador, mas não depreciou a estadia. Cafe da manhã estava bom e os quartos são grandes e confortáveis.

Good Place to stay in Bulle, Great Service
The hotel is conviently located near the centre of Bulle. The staff was super friendly and even offered us free entries to the Bains de la Gruyere, a thermal spa in the vicinity (15min drive). Even though the main building was undergoing renovations, we had one of the newly renovated rooms in the other part of the hotel which was very nice. Free water bottles and chocolate bars in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Definately would recommend. 👍👍
