The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen with dining table and a pull-out couch. A bathroom with bathtub / WC. In this apartment there is the possibility to add another apartment (consisting of bedroom, pull-out couch in the kitchen, and a bathroom with bath / WC). Maximum occupancy 6 persons. Both apartments are connected by a common entrance door and corridor. In our apartment there is a floor heating and a controlled living room ventilation which ensures a permanent fresh air and well-being even with closed windows. Air conditioning in the bedroom ensures pleasant summer temperatures. Sat-TV, and internet as well as bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The balcony is oriented towards Zettersfeld.

Welcome to the house Mathis. Our house can be found in Gaimberg, just above the town of Lienz, in a sunny hillside location, next to the Zetterfeldbahn valley station. Magnificent view of Lienz and the Lienz Dolomites. The picturesque village is the starting point for wonderful walks along the Lienz valley floor or up to Zettersfeld. Even demanding mountain bike routes invite you to enjoy sports. There are certainly not many places that offer such a beautiful view of the panorama of the Lienz Dolomites.
