“The parking situation at the hotel is non existent. So you are forced to valet or drive around the Strand until you find parking on the street. My vehicle sustained damage that I noticed after using the valet and the hotel investigated and said it was pre-existing damage which was not the case. I used to enjoy staying here but not at the expense of my vehicle and the rooms had a damp smell as well.”

“Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.”
