It was a great experience. We liked how friendly everyone was. Loved the location of the room, thank you. The only negative was the bed, it was hard as a rock and we believe a $100 pad would go along way. RoomW30A. We did not mention it to staff, I'm sure they may have tried to accommodate but honestly we didn't want to bother them. Would recommend this location.

Holiday Resort on the beach
The room/suite was clean, really nice, and had a great view from the balcony! The service was great and all employees very friendly. Also, the prices of snack items were reasonable. The only thing negative is we could hear the people somewhat above us but it wasn’t horrible. We’d stay there again.

The villa had a large balcony with a nice view of the ocean. The furnishings could use some updates but we had what we needed. Nice pool area with easy access to the beach. Located on a quieter part of the island so there's not too much commotion. Don't go to their time share presentation! They said it would be 90 minutes give or take a little depending on our level of interest... we got stuck there for over 4hrs and we had very little intention of buying a time share. Yeah we got free tickets to 3 of the places we wanted to go but we burned up a whole day of our stay getting the tickets. Not too happy about that. We didn’t even get to use all of our tickets.
