Location was PERFECT. Property was a bit dated and there was a roach issue, I recommend getting pest control because I had to make my 5 year old kill a roach in the living room.... I'm terrified. There were so many on the porch at night, I could not even enjoy the patio at night. Also, me and my very sensitive skin family went home with rashes all over our arms. We assumed it was the laundry detergent you use. I would recommend switching to fragrance free instead of tide pods. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place

The place was clean and the view was great. It was nice they have chairs, boogie boards, and toys for kids. The only issue I had was I messaged the property manager to ask about laundry, and they never responded. Other than that we had a great time.

Location is GREAT! Property could use some general maintenance. Several screws sticking up out of the deck and part of the rail had boards hanging off. I’ve seen this at other properties, this time I had my tools and I just fixed it for y’all. Leave the place better than when you arrived. The sliding glass door on the bottom floor wouldn’t open at all and the sliding glass door on the upper floor only opened up about 18”. Overall a nice stay and yes, I WOULD recommend this property.

Perfect beach house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location! The check-in process was very easy, the house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. It’s a very quiet area of the beach with great views. We would definitely come back.

Amazing girls trip!

We loved the home, and that it was directly on a beautiful beach. It was an amazing stay. The hot water heater was even good enough to handle 6 women showering back to back in both showers and we all had hot water. The outside shower was very nice too. No one wanted to leave. We will definetly be booking this home again for our trips.

Relaxing Escape

The house was great. Amazing view as you can see from the photos. Stocked well enough for 3 people over the weekend. Clean upon arrival. Dish soap and dishwasher pods were available to use. Dishes were well kept, and there were pots, pans and utensils to whip up a meal. I'd recommend footwear on the deck, as there were some raised screws/nails. The beach is nice. There is a parking lot nearby, and people come and go throughout the day. Overall not too crowded. The house contact was friendly and responsive.

Great house on the beach

This house was great for our family of 5. Steps to the beach and all the beach accessories we needed (chairs, boogie boards and sand toys). The house was clean and comfy. The only drawback was no dishwasher. I had to reach out with questions about a few things and got quick responses. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Location on the Beach and Spotless

We had a great time in this house- Wonderful location and a nice distance from the parking barrier. The house was really clean. We saw cleaning staff on the way in and out, and a repairman came for the dishwasher. Everyone we met connected with the managing staff was super friendly.

Weekend Getaway

Property was essentially as advertised and on balance we enjoyed our stay especially the view and proximity to the beach. Have a few negatives, specifically the upstairs sink drains very slowly, found what appears to be rodent/mice droppings in the family room, and the exterior is in need for repair and refurbishing.

The view of the ocean outside on the balcony was amazing.

The best part was stepping onto the beach right out of our door. The beach was clean and the water clear!! I’ll be back!

Great beachfront stay

Truly beachfront! We found the house clean and well-stocked with towels and soap etc. The sliding glass doors were hard to open, but they are not essential to get in/out. We had trouble with the lock boxes checking out and called the listed contact- she answered right away and was polite and helpful. Everything we needed for a family beach weekend.

Relaxing Beachfront Getaway

Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Walk right out onto the beach, which was barely populated. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Local markets within minutes for grabbing snacks and drinks. We weren't ready to go home. Next time we'll stay longer.

Great place

This is the 2nd year we have stayed there. We love it.. the only suggestions is that there need to be more towels. The were only 4 towels for 5 adults for 5 days. Having to pack bath towels take up so much space. Also there is no hot water in the kitchen. Other than those two things we love it and will stay there again.

Great Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as shown - right on the beach and easy access to the road. The furnishings were both comfortable and colorful! We will definitely reserve this property again!

Poorly Equipped Beach House

The house was clean and looked like the photos, however it wasn’t properly stocked for guests to stay. It felt as though they weren't expecting anyone. If you want to stay here, I would recommend bringing your own: Cleaning spray to wipe down counters Forks (4 provided for 7 people) Sheets, a blanket, and pillows for the pull out couch Dishwashing detergent (2 pods provided) Toilet paper (not enough provided for 4 day stay) Trash bags Paper towels/Tissues/Napkins When we arrived there was no soap in the house, no hand soap or shampoo/body soap. I called and left a message to management, then I texted and received a reply that there was soap. After we got on the same page that there was no soap and not enough toilet paper, they sent someone with some bars of dove and some shampoo/conditioner and a 4 pack of toilet paper. I did not communicate about the lack of bedsheets and forks etc because we just wanted to enjoy our time without having to go back and forth about it. We loved the location right on the beach and the convenience of the outdoor shower, especially with 2 kids. Smart TV worked great, kitchen appliances also great. If it were ready for guests to stay, I'd have no complaints.

Nice and quiet

The property was very clean, all the essentials were provided, the beds were sooo soft and comfy! We had a quiet and relaxing time walking the beach, just what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very nice home

Right on the beach was awesome! Very clean and beachy decor. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Had two beach chairs and fun stuff for kids, even though we didn’t have kids with us. 30 minute drive to downtown Galveston activities so coming back to enjoy the solitude of the beach house was great. We loved our experience.
