Great Family Vacation

We stayed for 8 nights. The property was pretty much exactly as portrayed. It was spacious and comfortable. The fenced-in yard and gated driveway was really nice since we had dogs with is. The pool was nice to have to occupy the kids instead of us haveing to go do something somewhere every day. My only suggestion would be to give guests a maintenance schedule (pool company, grass cutters) that way they know strangers are coming onto the property, especially when they have pets with them. But overall it was great, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Clean and welcoming! Perfect location for the quiet neighborhood but also minutes from the hustle and bustle of town! The pool was a great touch! Everything is spelled out and easy to use with this rental. Highly recommend!

Nice house, very disappointed that pool and hot tub didn’t work during our stay!

We stayed for new years week. This is a nice enough house. The pics are not really current though. The patio furniture is worn out and broken. The outdoor cushions and pillows were all wet so we didn’t really use them. It looked like there was blood on the shower curtain in the guest bathroom too. Our biggest discrepancy was that when we arrived the pool and hot tub were not working. We called 979 properties and they told us they would get the pool guys out but they finally showed up the morning we were checking out as we were loading the car. We were extremely excited about using the heated hot tub and that was the main reason we chose this house but we never got to enjoy it. We had text with 979 multiple times and they said they were still calling to get in touch with the pool guy but when he arrived he told us they had just contacted him that morning so Ashley lied to us about calling them. The help from the property manager was terrible to say the least. We checked in on a Tuesday and she text with me some on Wednesday but they then ghosted me ever since. I had sent multiple texts and tried calling with no answer even a week later as I’m writing this. I asked for a partial refund since we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub but it has fallen on deaf ears with no response to any of our messages. I wouldn’t waste my time again unless it’s the summertime maybe! Good luck!

Fun family weekend

We particularly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The house had a zen vibe. A welcome basket was provided which was a nice touch.

Family get away

The house was great. Clean, good tv’s, balconies and everything we needed. Beach toys and wagon. It was so easy to get to the beach especially after we rented a golf cart from ricks. The hot tub and pool were heated which was great. Our whole family loved it. The only problem we had was after the hurricane a few weeks ago and all the recent rain the mosquitoes near the pool were brutal. Not the fault of the homeowner, just wanting to give a heads up to anyone staying at Jamaica Beach. As all the stores were out of citronella candles, bring your own. I recommend 3-6 tiki torches with the lightable fluid. Other than that our stay was great.

Family trip

Power Outage Getaway

Wonderful property, attention to detail is evident throughout the home and cleanliness was 5 star. Kitchen is well stocked and the downstairs entertainment area (including pool) was wonderful (just ensure you have repellent). Overall outstanding stay, outstanding host/property manager.

A great place to stay

We had an amazing time at this house. The location was excellent. The pool is perfect, we used it twice a day everyday. On the chilly days the heated pool was an amazing option. Everything was just as pictured. Great neighborhood

Good location with a pool

My wife and I stayed for 3 days. Everything worked fine at property including pool and hot tub. I rated 4 star due to some damage to furniture and overall cleanliness needed some attention. However, great location in Jamaica Beach.
