"Great property! We had all ages and stages and the house was stocked with everything for everyone! And there was plenty so you weren't washing the same 5 dishes or towels over and over again. They even have plenty of kid dishes, cups, utensils etc *Just bring your own beach towels if going to the lake. Any minor issue I had, like batteries died in remote (I'm an insomniac and watch TV during the night) was addressed as soon as I let Amy know. She is just a text/call away.Everything was labeled in the house, directions to operate things were very clear, there was even a book to help with your stay for the house and the area. The house felt clean which means a lot when you're staying somewhere other than your own home. I happen to be writing this review just after leaving a different property that had grime from years past. It made me really appreciate the cleanliness of Amy's property. The property was close enough to everything without being right in the main area wirh lots of traffic. "Spacious, organized, family friendly!We had a dozen adults and a dozen children at this house and it worked perfectly! Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. The kitchen was large and equipped enough for a large group, and there was enough space in every room to accommodate everything we wanted to do!100% recommended for a large and busy group "
