“Home is filled with character. Plenty of room for my party of four. Back covered porch was the main space we gatheres with full foliage. Kitchen could use some serving bowls for salads and such. Jose was extremely communicative which i greatly appreciated ”

“Nicely done tiny home. Owners are very timely in their communication. Clean. Recommend going downtown Kingston for a walk on Rail trail, seeing the lighthouse, and eating outside at one of the many restaurants. We ate at Savona Trattoria, which was delicious. Boat tour of Hudson River looked wonderful but we didn’t have the time to do it. Would stay again! ”

“My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. “The house was nice and clean. The surrounding area was peaceful and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the small animals and birds pass by. We visited Minnevaska park which was nearby and had a nice walk by waterfalls”

“Had an issue with the Internet when we arrived. The maintenance people cut the cable coming into the house when they were cutting the grass. It was hard to work while I was there as I expected to have Internet access. Eventually it was fixed but it took a few days. Aside from this the house was pleasant and the kids loved the pool and basketball court. ”

“We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends! ”
