The room is kind of cold. The power of the air heater is not large enough.

Hi, you should higher the thermostat behind the door, its an electric heater I wish that you called the front desk to tell you, the client before you may they put it down, sorry about that.

Mr. Brian when I rent people through booking and Expedia, I can't control who they are, after all when they do start making noise we give notice and if they continue I put them out after all they put a bad review but I will figure something out to solve this issue.

Some people want to rent a motel and pay the lower price in the area with good service but they want to have like five stars hotels, or if we tell them please when you have your cigarette outside don't talk in a high voice at late night people sleeping they got upset and put bad reviews or they are not satisfied thank you anyway.
