Advertised restaurant and bar as open. Only restaurant was open 0700 AM to 1000 for breakfast. Ad showed the plann3d upgrades. Disappointing at best

This was a good property but overpriced. It was slightly run down but it was clean and the staff was excellent.

The room was dirty. The pictures of the property upon booking did not match the hotel at all. There were roaches at the buffet. The pool water was filthy. Water leaked in the hall ways. There were huge gaps under the doors and they slammed shut at all hours of the night. Staff looked annoyed whenever asked a question.

We always love staying at The Ramsey. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and a nice size.

He property is dated, the floors in our room were filthy and the doors were busted up. So disappointing.
