“The hostel is next to the train station. The room is new and tidy. Although the bathroom is a bit small, it is clean. The hostel has a lot of hygiene measures during the covid-19. The staff are nice and give a lot tourist suggestions in Hamburg.”

“Das Gebäude ist in die Jahrengekommen, aber das Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, war Sauber und schön, das Badezimmer sah recht neu aus. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-out waren problemlos, außerdem war der Herr sehr freundlich! Das Hostel hat einen direkten Zugang zur S-Bahn und liegt daher wirklich hervorragend und dennoch hat man auf den Zimmern keinen Lärm vom Zug gehört in der Nacht. Für jemanden, der viel unterwegs ist und keine Verpflegung oder ein Restaurant Vorort haben möchte,……

“Clean room, the guy at the counter didn't speak much English, when paying the tax I swept the card twice because the first time didn't print, but it still paid 2 times, so the next day he already had the to give back for the accident without even asking! Location is a bit remote, sketchy when you come to the place for the first time when it's already night out, but has sbahn in a 5min distance and a park next to it. No hair dryer I think. Oh and the toilet seat didn't stand up by itself”

“It's a trouble experience. This hotel set up a scam for every customer. We are forced to pay the extra cost for bad sheet. More importantly, the hotel do not admin our payment online and ask us to pay it again. The attitude of the owner is extremely disrespectful. He ticked other costumers out of the hotel who ask too much questions on the extra cost even they paid the money online to confirm the room already. I lose my confidence on this website already. How can such a bad hotel allowed to do……
