"I booked a room here and the room I was given when we arrived was not the room they listed at all. Photos and size of the room were completely different. The room we were given was half the size of the room we thought we were getting. Didn’t have a window like in the photos, and a tiny bathroom compared to the large one we booked. We talked to front desk and they said it was the right room? We left immediately and asked for a refund. We were told multiple times a refund wouldn’t be a problem but...
