We arrived on 7/21/24, we were only there for a short stay but it was a great one. The hotel is located within walking distance of Old Town Geneva which its absolutely beautiful, restaurants, shopping and the lake all within 5 to 10 minute walk if that. Although the hotel is self check-in, there is no lobby per say, its a round desk with check-in computers, we were still greeted by a very friendly rep who very graciously helped us with the check-in. He then proceeded to tell us about the hotel amenities and local area shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, hip, our room was very cozy to say the least. It was actually a very surprising setting that i had never experience before in any hotel, but it was fun. We had a great view of the restaurant courtyard across from our hotel. It was quiet and clean. Id really enjoyed my stay at CitizenM and will definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a very practical hotel for short stays. We stayed one night. From the lobby to the rooms everything is very unique and contemporary. The rooms are tiny but efficiently decorated. There is no reception you can self check-in but there are staff to help you.. So it’s a new mind-set. Good for young and active people..

I would love to see many more Swiss cheeses & chocolates options & desserts made of Swiss Chocolates & cheeses in breakfast. It was a letdown & disappointment in my current & first time staying in this hotel.

A/C practically non-existent and there is a lot of noise from surrounding stores. Room only had outlets on one side the bed, so we had to run cables behind pillows. On the plus side hotel is on a great location, really liked the breakfast and late night dining options inside the hotel.
