Great location right on the shore front. Staff was friendly and helpful with information on markets, restaurants and sights to see (check out the Horizon sphere and HMAS Sydney memorial). Only issue was one of the other guests being impatient. Full use of kitchen facilities to cook and store food.

Rules are strict, which is ideal. Everything was kept really clean and the other guests were very quiet. Price point is perfect for those who need a place to keep their stuff while they are out and about for the whole day. I'll certainly be going back there when I'm next in Gero :)

Not value for the money
Not value for the money we paid. Room no heating, kettle in the shared kitchen is disgusting. Bed is old. No wifi service. Lights in the bathroom turn off itself after 10 minutes, it's not very convenient when you are half way getting dress after shower.

Hi JulieI'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your stay. As you made you reservation through Hotels.com your expectations may have been that you were staying at a hotel. We are neither a hotel or a motel we are a hostel that offers superior private accommodation. There is nothing disgusting about our premises. You were in a Queen Room with Juliette Balcony with its own coffee and tea making facilities including your own new kettle. As we are a new business the bed is only a couple of years old. The automatic bathroom lighting system runs longer then 10mins and is triggered by movement. We have full speed 100mb WiFi premises wide free of charge.
